This is a lovely product but I think my skin problem is Dermatitis rather than eczema. Sadly it didn't help at all...
I've been using this for a while now and I like the feel of it. Used to buy from H&B but now I get it directly from Balmonds. Is not the cheapest, so I use it sparingly!
I’m 45 and I’ve had an itchy scalp for about 18 months. When I dye my gray hair my scalp flakes in huge chunks. I’ve been using this for about month now.
When my scalp is itchy at any time of day I put it on and it eases the itch. It’s not too greasy for those occasions so I don’t then need to wash the next day.
I’ve also started using it the night before I wash my hair all over and very generously. I’m sure my scalp is less itchy than before I started using this so I’ll keep going. I’ve ve already recommended it to a pal who also has an itchy scalp.
My 9 year old also has a flaky scalp (he has eczema) it’s helped him and when his scalp is itchy he asks me to put it on and the itch stops. He’s barely asking now just maybe once a week. We love the smell but my daughters not a fan!

After trying prescribed and OTC lotions and creams that worked

Not a silver bullet or a magic cure, but...
I have plaques psoriasis which covers large areas of my skin. When I first started using Skin Salvation I noticed a very clear reduction in itching. After time I felt that there was a reduction in inflammation. Now, 2 years later, I can say there has been a marked reduction in plaque size and thickness. The improvement continues.
Maybe only people who live with psoriasis will undersatand if I say that my plaques are becoming less solid, moving through translucent to transparent. The rest of you may never understand.
The moisturiser was ok for body but terrible for face.

I've been using this for my massage clients and they really love the scent. Its a great all round oil and ideal for massage. I would love to see some other aromatherapy massage oil blends to give clients a choice of oil. Highly recommend.
My baby has been suffering with awful eczema for months on end. We are repeatedly at the doctors asking for help and searching for different emollients that could fix the problem but we are repeatedly prescribed steroids which have been causing more issues for her and they are not a long term fix. Even the emollients prescribed by the doctors don’t even touch it. So I did some research online and noticed a few other eczema sufferers mentioning the skin salvation so I decided to give it a try and opt for a more natural product. Honestly within TWO days my daughter’s skin had improved massively. The redness, scabs and sore skin had gone and her skin looks better than ever. She was recently prescribed another steroid which included an antibiotic for a tough patch and it caused her to flare up horrendously. I reverted back to skin salvation and she’s already on the mend. I can’t recommend it enough and I wish I knew about it sooner, so that she didn’t have to suffer with it for so long! It’s so worth the price and I will continue to buy it for as long as she needs it.

Lovely non greasy body oil. Quick to absorb into skin with a lovely relaxing scent. Calms and hydrates my irritated skin.
I've used this on and off over the last year.
I've recently been diagnosed with Seb' dermatitis (still not properly diagnosed), but while this oil feels ok on my skin, the essential oil based feels too heavy and if I do have SD, omega 9, fatty oils (olive/sunflower etc) aren't a good match.
I absolutely love the Skin Salvation balm (bit too thick for the face, but amazing as a lip balm and dry breakouts around the lips and nose area) and have used it for almost 20 years; but find this facial oil to be too heavy for using over my face and does make my skin tingle with a crawling sensation that's probably due to whatever is going on with my broken skin barrier. 😔
Really wish I could find a natural solution without omega 9 for my face to help my skin create a good balance.

Both the body and face creams are gentle and rub in well. I have slight eczema around my eyes so I have still to try the face sunscreen on those areas. I am very pleased with both products.
I have had pomphloyx eczema on my foot for years, it is extremely itchy, blisters and cracks. I have tried so many creams and lotions, including steroids all have had very temporary effects. Skin salvation has made living with this condition bearable. It had an immediate effect, relieving the itch straight away, so it has broken the cycle of scratching and making the skin bleed. I apply it twice a day, it’s lasting ages, only a small amount is needed and it doesn’t feel greasy. I’m even happy to wear open sandals now as I’m not embarrassed about the state of my feet any more. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Very effective on dry, sore lips but also on other dry patches of skin.
