How can I redeem my voucher?
To redeem your voucher simply copy the code and once you’ve added your products to your cart and entered your address you’ll see the discount code box. Paste the code here to apply the discount. Please note, discount codes do not work in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
Can I use more than one voucher with a single transaction?
No, you can only use one voucher per order.
Can I use a voucher on a product bundle?
No, you can’t use a voucher on product bundles as they are already discounted.
My voucher didn’t work, what should I do?
If your voucher hasn’t worked, double check that you’ve entered it correctly and if you still have no luck you can email customersupport@balmonds.com and we’ll look into it for you!
Can I use a voucher with a subscription?
No, sorry, it is not possible to use a voucher with a subscription.
Can I use a voucher on a sale item?
No, you can’t use a voucher on items already in a sale.
How can I check if my voucher works?
To check your voucher works, enter it into the discount code box when checking out and click ‘Apply’. If the code works you’ll then see the total change and see your savings. If it doesn’t work a box will appear saying that the code isn’t valid for items in your cart.
How can I get a voucher?
The best way to get a voucher for Balmonds products is to sign up to our newsletter. You’ll then be the first to know when we have discounts and offers on our products. If you have a favourite product you purchase regularly, you may wish to sign up to our subscription service which offers 20% off orders on a 1,2,3 or 4 week frequency.
