  • Free standard delivery applies to mainland UK orders of £30 or more, after any discounts.
  • Orders over £50 are sent signed for at no extra cost.
  • Tracked 24 needs a signature. If you're out, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can rearrange delivery or collect.
  • Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are sent the next working day.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for standard delivery before getting in touch.

US orders now ship from the UK

Orders to the United States are now packed and sent from the UK. This means delivery takes a little longer than before, usually 7 to 14 working days, and US orders now use our international rates. Thank you for bearing with us.

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are paid by the person receiving the order, unless we say otherwise above.

Check Your Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before you place your order. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll need to charge postage to send it again.
