Our monthly subscription service means you can get your favourite Balmonds sent out to you automatically every month, and save money as you’re doing it!
- Choose which products you want to subscribe to, whether it’s one or several
- Set the number you want of each product
- Set the frequency of delivery, from every week to every four weeks
- Select your desired size and hit subscribe
- We’ll then add the order to your cart and you can either check out, continue shopping or subscribe to more products
Terms & Conditions:
You will need to complete a full subscription cycle before you can cancel the subscription. This means you’ll get your original order and then the next one before you will be able to cancel, edit or pause the subscription.
Our 60 day money-back refund scheme does not apply to products ordered on subscription, so please ensure you’ve tried and tested the products you’re ordering first, and are happy to receive them on subscription.

Top Subscription Questions
No, you can subscribe to just one pot, for delivery either every week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks.
Yes, you have to complete a full subscription cycle before you can cancel the subscription.
For example, if you have signed up to one Skin Salvation every four weeks, you will get your original order, the subscription order after four weeks and then you are able to cancel the subscription.
To manage your subscription log onto your Balmonds account, click ‘Manage subscriptions' and find the details there.
Absolutely. Cancelling or changing your subscription is simple, just log into your Balmonds account and click ‘Manage subscriptions’.
Then click ‘See all upcoming orders’. Click on the product you wish to cancel then click on the product name. Here you’ll be able cancel the subscription.
Please note, you can only cancel your subscription after one order cycle has been completed.
Yes, simply log into your account and then click ‘Manage subscriptions’. Choose ‘Subscriptions’ from the top line menu and then select ‘Add a product’. Choose the product you wish to add to your subscription, set your order frequency and check your shipping address.
Choose your first shipment date and click ‘Add a product’’ to complete. You’ll then see the upcoming orders on your subscription page.
Yep. You can edit the date of your next delivery by logging into your account, hit ‘Manage subscriptions’ and then click on the product you want to change the date for and select the relevant product name. You’ll then be able to change the date for its next delivery.
Yes, to remove items from your subscription log into your account and click ‘Manage subscriptions’. Then click on ‘See all upcoming orders’, choose the product you would like to cancel then click on the product name.
You will then be able to change your quantity, variant, order date, order frequency and also swap to a different product, add a discount or cancel the subscription.
Account & Delivery
You can easily change the delivery address by logging into your account, click ‘Manage subscriptions’, select ‘Shipping addresses’ in the top line menu, click on your delivery address, edit your details and then click ‘Update shipping address’ to complete.
Yes. Log into your account, click ‘Manage subscriptions’, choose ‘Subscriptions’ from the top line menu. Select the subscription you want to edit and then click on the product name. You’ll see options for ‘Next order’ and ‘Order frequency’. You can edit these options to suit your needs.
Log into your account, click ‘Manage subscriptions’, then ‘Billing information’ and then select ‘Send email to update’. Via this email you’ll be able to update your payment and billing information.
To change your name or address log onto your account and click ‘Manage subscriptions’ then select ‘Shipping addresses’ and you can edit the details by clicking on the address.

We’ll charge you within 24 hours of the date you’ve chosen for your delivery to be dispatched. We only take payment once we’re ready to dispatch your order. If you have a recurring order with a date that falls on the weekend, we won’t process your order until the next working day.

For orders within the UK, we aim to deliver within 2 to 5 business days. For orders being delivered overseas, delivery times may take longer.
